Frontier25 is a UAE-based independent nonprofit organisation that is turning climate ambition into action.
Our name speaks to the threshold we have now crossed. The year 2024 marked the first time global temperatures breached 1.5°C, a turning point, a wake-up call. 2025 is a year we must act.
As a climate action advisory, we are driving the green economy transition by integrating decarbonisation pathways, circular economy solutions and climate adaptation strategies across three strategic pillars: Advisory, Accelerators and Alliances.

The Climate Tribe
The Climate Tribe is Frontier25’s impact-driven creative collective, turning policy and strategy into stories that people understand, connect with, and act upon.
Its work rests on three pillars: TCT Studio, which transforms ideas into clear content and awareness campaigns; The Climate Tribe Hub, which brings climate action to life through community engagement; and The Culture Room, which shares original films and stories that deepen understanding.
Together, these pillars help organisations move from strategy to real-world impact by making people aware, informed, and ready to take action.

AGS is a for-profit enterprise advancing global sustainability solutions.
The AGS team identifies, develops, and invests in high-performing sustainability ventures and provides advisory services to private and public organisations.

Aurora50 is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) impact agency driving growth and innovation through inclusion.
The Aurora50 team is focused on achieving gender balance in the workplace by providing training and networking opportunities for women leaders and improving the representation of women on boards in the UAE.

Reset MENA is a consulting business implementing energy and water efficiency solutions.
Using sustainable technologies including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, irrigation, and building management systems, Reset MENA helps customers achieve an average 25% reduction in electricity costs and a 50% reduction in water costs.
